With a Pension Lending Account, you can join our community in funding institutional grade, secured property loans while earning a fair return and supporting the delivery of social, affordable and mid-market housing across Ireland. By connecting your account to an eligible Self-Managed Pension Arranagement, the revenues you generate are not subject to income tax, as they are paid directly into your pension.
At Initiative Ireland, we understand the need to take precaution when securing your future. That is why all secured loans we provide are secured with a 1st legal charge over the underlying property. For every €100k released, we require more than €133k in underlying property security from the developer, which is held in trust for our borrowers. All loans listed have been assessed by our credit committee and pre-approved by one of our Corporate Credit Partners, who lends alongside you. Our experienced team manage the loans from end-to-end, to give you the confidence you deserve when you lend.

How do I setup a Self-Managed Pension?
If you do not already have a self-managed pension arranagement, that is not a problem. We can introduce you to one of our Partnering Pension Trustees who can arrange this for you seperately.
If you do not want to setup a pension arrangement but still want to lend, you can also simply open a Private Lending Account. Contact us to discuss your options.
How can I find a Qualified Financial Advisor?
If you have a Qualified Financial Advisor, please have them contact us once you've completed your application or provide their details when applying.
If you do not have a Qualified Financial Advisor, we can recommend someone who is familiar with the product and the pension trustee of your choice.
What if my Trustee isn’t a Partnering Trustee?
Simply provide their details when you apply and we can contact them on your behalf. Alternatively, you may wish to contact them first and instruct them to liaise with us. We will be happy to get your Trustee set-up on our platform.
